I’ve been injured by yoga. Slowly, over time, pushed into positions I was flexible enough to achieve, but not strong enough to achieve safely. By slowing down my practice and focusing on alignment and joint safety, I’ve had a healthier, safer and more transformative practice. I hope you can, too.
By incorporating meditation and mindful movement, the practice evolves, and over time, so do we.
