About Alessandra
This practice began in Brooklyn and focused on teaching yoga and meditation, slinging cards, and creating space for sexual connection and healing. I taught at boutique studios like Three Jewels, gyms like Crunch, a country club, and even taught kids through Yogi Beans. I read and taught tarot for private clients and through an in person course I designed. I also partnered with a range of brands and organizations like NYU, Nicole Miller, Reformation, The James Hotel, Capsule Trade Show, 305 Fitness, Bash Entertainment, among others for special events. I also produced and hosted a variety show called Sex Magic: A Taboo Busting, Sex Positive, Magic Making Event at the Magnet Theater which I eventually brought to Miami’s World Erotic Art Museum.
As I continued to learn, grow, and train, I shifted into the private mentorship space teaching clients how to feel grounded in their bodies, listen to their inner voice, communicate with more honesty, leave relationships that weren’t working, nurture relationships that needed help, make peace with their hang ups, and say “no” to the things they felt pressured to do or have but actually didn’t want. I was trying to do all these things at once. The yoga and tarot and mentoring and performing. I managed to do it for awhile. I even kept it up as I moved to Miami, FL. Then I got hit in the head with a hammer.
While recovering from post-concussion syndrome, I realized the ways I internalized a lot of harmful messaging about wellness and spirituality (despite never consciously believing in them or actively teaching them). Since then, I’ve adopted a looser way to practice and a less attached way of using the range of modalities I’ve gathered to keep myself grounded, real, curious, questioning, digging and growing. Now, I offer myself the same kindness I offer my clients and by no means advocate for any particular path. I’m here to partner with you and help you find the tools and mindset shifts that work for you. Let’s dig deeper.
Before waking up, getting real, and getting real weird, I spend 6+ years as a stressed out sad girl in the tech and recruiting world of New York City. I drank whiskey and wrote emo poetry at bars and let my romantic partners treat me badly. The battle for self-esteem, presence and peace was long and bloody, but I made it out alive thanks to the teachers and tools I acquired along the way. Now, my mission is to help others find the courage to be fully themselves, while always having a soft place to land in their own vulnerability.
