We will work together to develop a practice that works for your lifestyle and needs so that you can live the life of your dreams and rise above the patterns that obscure the path. If you’re ready to wake up, rise up, show up, this is the offering for you. A range of ongoing packages are available for remote clients.

Intimate Anatomy
It’s back! After a brief hiatus, I’m thrilled to share the new tools I’ve picked up along the way. We’re taught so little about our pelvic floor and what should feel right. From our posture to our culture of sexual shame and obsession, it’s no wonder we’re plagued with a plethora of physical, mental and emotional difficulties in the wondrous realm of our genitalia. I create bespoke protocols with an emphasis on posture, breath awareness, and self-touch and teach from experience (this all started when I experienced vaginismus as a teen and definitely did not end there).

single + group offerings
Single Session
If you’re unable or not quite ready to commit to ongoing sessions or just have a smaller scale issue you’re working on, I’m offering single sessions on a sliding scale.
— 45-90 min suggested $40-150
Group Offerings
With in person workshops no longer an option, I’m offering select workshops for virtual groups. Some options include Intimate Anatomy (pelvic floor workshop), Immersive Tarot Lessons, Tarot For Sexual Empowerment (workshop with guided meditations), Archetypal Embodiment (chakra and tarot workshop with guided meditations), Date Nite (dating and relationship salon), and more. Sessions are fully remote and are scheduled tot take place over 2 hours.
— $300 for up to 5 participants, $500 for up to 10 participants, $700 for up to 20 participants
